If we go back a few years in time, back to 2009, we all might remember quite a memory-burning video of a Bugatti Veyron that crashed into a lake. So it happens that the owner, Andy Lee House, of this car has been convicted to 1 year of jail.
The reason for this? Well because the man crashed the car because he wanted to get some money from the insurance. The driver has been facing 20 years or jail last year, but now the final words have been said and it all comes down to 1 year only.
So it all comes to a massive insurance-fraud, besides the fact this man will be locked up, he also has to pay the insurance a staggering $600.000. His excuse? ‘I was looking for my phone’ that had to be the reason why the car pulled to the right so hard…
